CBS, The British School of Seville, joins Ariston Education global network of schools

CBS, The British School of Seville, has joined Ariston Education, a growing global network of premium K-12 schools and creator of the AQ = EQ + IQ framework for future-ready learning. CBS becomes part of the Ariston Education family of schools — an international community united by a shared vision: to help every student discover their strengths, fulfil their potential and build a future with purpose and impact.

A Long-Sought International Dimension

The partnership marks an important step forward for CBS, delivering the international dimension the school has been seeking for many years. Joining the Ariston Education network strengthens CBS's identity and independence while expanding learning and development opportunities for both students and staff. As part of an international network, the CBS community will gain access to Ariston's global programmes and additional skills development, including AI fluency and Human Power Skills — the human capabilities, from critical thinking and creativity to adaptability and collaboration, that Ariston's AQ = EQ + IQ philosophy places alongside academic rigour.

By becoming part of Ariston Education, CBS joins a wider community of schools that share these same values — creating opportunities to learn from one another, continue investing in the school, open new opportunities for staff and students, and draw on the experience and expertise of an international network, all while preserving everything that makes CBS, The British School of Seville unique.

Continued Investment in Campus and Community

In recent years CBS has already made significant investments in its campus, including enlarging the dining hall and adding new washroom facilities. With the backing of Ariston Education, the school will make further investments in campus facilities and future enhancements, as part of a dedicated, multi-year Value Creation Plan covering academic quality, operations, facilities and community life. Updates on this progress will be shared with the school community throughout the year.

Business as Usual for Students, Families and Staff

Everything that makes CBS, The British School of Seville the school its community knows and trusts remains the same: its leadership team, its teachers, the care and attention given to every student, its values, and the strong sense of community built over many years. Daily life at school, relationships with staff, and each child's educational experience will continue as before. This change is not about transforming what defines CBS, but about building on its strengths to help the school continue to grow.

Brian Rogove, CEO of Ariston Education, said:

We are delighted to welcome CBS, The British School of Seville, into the Ariston Education family. CBS brings a proud history, a strong community and a clear identity of its own — exactly the qualities we look for in a school ready to take its next step onto the international stage. Together, we will give its students and teachers access to a wider network, new resources and a framework that prepares young people not just academically, but for a future shaped by AI and human ingenuity alike.

Agustin Aycart Marsá, Principal of CBS, The British School of Seville, said:

This partnership is the international step our school community has been seeking for many years. It allows us to keep everything our families value most about CBS — our teachers, our leadership and our identity — while opening new doors for our students and staff through a global network of schools that shares our values.
