Ariston Education Launches as the World's First Global Schools Network Founded in the AI Era
28 Aug 2026
Ariston Education launched today as the world's first global network of schools born in the AI era, initially bringing together 12 schools across its founding network under a single, shared belief: that the best education opens pathways to many possible futures.
The network's philosophy, Pathways for Excellence, is built on curiosity, discipline, care and opportunity — with learning pathways designed around each child, rather than a one-size-fits-all mould. Every Ariston Education school is locally distinct and globally connected, keeping its own name, character and community while sharing standards, talent development and investment that no single school could achieve alone.
As part of the network, students at all 12 schools gain access to international student exchange programmes and skills training built for the world ahead, including AI fluency and Human Power Skills.
A new formula for education: AQ = EQ + IQ
At the centre of Ariston Education's approach is the Ariston Quotient — AQ = EQ + IQ — a formula that combines the emotional intelligence future-ready students need with the academic measures schools have always valued. In practical terms, it adds two new layers to learning. AI Fluency develops young people who can think alongside AI, question it, shape it and ensure it serves human purposes, rather than simply follow it. Human Power Skills — critical thinking, creativity, communication, adaptability, resilience, discernment, leadership and collaboration — build the human capabilities that cannot be automated, outsourced or replicated by artificial intelligence.
Existing curricula and qualifications, including A Levels and the IB, are not being replaced — they are being enhanced. Every member school also receives a dedicated, multi-year Value Creation Plan covering academic quality, operations, brand and admissions, people and culture, facilities, governance and investment. The first wave of investment began in July 2026, focused on campus facilities and resources.
“The world is changing faster than ever — and children will need critical thinking, creativity and resilience to thrive in the future it will demand. That’s why we built Ariston Education around a simple formula: academic rigour, emotional intelligence and AI fluency. Across our growing family of schools, we share one belief: education must prepare children not just for today, but for what comes next.”
said Brian Rogove, Global Chief Executive Officer of Ariston Education.
Why it matters
76% of global education leaders now view AI literacy as an essential part of a basic education, and upskilling in AI has become the top workforce strategy for 47% of business leaders (Microsoft AI in Education study, 2025).
71% of employers now value emotional intelligence over IQ, with research showing EQ is twice as important as IQ and technical skills combined in predicting top performers (CareerBuilder survey; Harvard University / Institute for Health and Human Potential).
Students who believe they have a voice in school are seven times more likely to be academically motivated and four times more likely to be excited about their future career (Quaglia School Voice and Corwin).
